Shipping & delivery

We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the other countries listed in our shipping policy. Every canvas is printed for you after you order, by our production partner close to you, and shipped with tracking. We do not yet deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Norway.

The delivery cost is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Times are counted from your order confirmation and include printing (one to four working days). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it in Your orders on our site.
"Other countries" are: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, Türkiye, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Iceland, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Georgia.
Original paintings
Original paintings are shipped insured from Switzerland, free of charge, to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, within 2–5 working days. If you live elsewhere and would like a painting, write to shop@amelia-art.com and we will quote insured delivery to your country.
Customs and import charges
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Swiss import VAT and a carrier fee may apply.
- USA and Canada: no customs charges, as your canvas is printed in your country.
- Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: usually no customs charges; they are possible for framed canvases printed abroad.
- Other countries: import duties and taxes are likely, payable on delivery.
Prices on our site do not include import duties or taxes charged by your country. Where they apply, they are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient. If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we refund the item price but not the delivery cost.
Currency
Prices and payment are in Swiss francs (CHF). If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider converts the amount and may charge a fee.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to shop@amelia-art.com with your order number. Damaged items are replaced free of charge: see our returns and refunds policy.
