This is a French-language poster from 1924, created by Roger Broders to promote travel on the Chemins de fer de Paris à Lyon et à la Méditerranée. It belongs to a group of advertising posters for the railway company, and it is also catalogued among posters of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, so the Alpine destination features in its subject. Broders was a French illustrator known for travel posters encouraging holidays in France, from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur to ski resorts in the Alps. The poster was printed in Paris by Cornille et Serre.
